Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the x-moneypay platform (the "Platform"), including any payment services, wallet, business account, Earn services, or other features offered therein, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and x-moneypay ("we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

(a) You are at least 18 years old; (b) You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; (c) Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction; (d) You are not located in a jurisdiction where the receipt of payment or Earn services is prohibited.

We reserve the right to refuse service, close accounts, and remove content at our sole discretion.

3. Account Registration & Security

To send or receive money, hold a wallet balance, or use Earn services, you must register an account and complete identity verification (KYC). There is no minimum amount required to open an account. You are responsible for:

(a) Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration; (b) Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials; (c) All activity that occurs under your account; (d) Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

4. Services

4.A Payment Services

4.A.1 Transfers Between Users. You may send money instantly to other x-moneypay users. Transfers to other users are final once sent and cannot be reversed by x-moneypay; you are responsible for confirming the recipient's details before sending.

4.A.2 International Wires. You may send and receive bank wires in USD. Wires follow the cut-off times, processing schedules, and requirements of the sending and receiving banks, and may be delayed or returned by those banks. Recipient bank details you provide must be accurate; we are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect details you supply.

4.A.3 Wallet. Your wallet holds a balance in US dollars (USD), the only currency supported on the Platform. Wallet balances are not an investment, do not earn interest unless moved into an Earn plan, and remain available for you to send or withdraw subject to these Terms and applicable compliance checks.

4.B Earn Services

4.B.1 Earn Plans. You may move idle USD balance into an Earn plan that pays the USD interest rate stated on that plan over a fixed term. Interest is paid to your wallet balance, and principal is returned at the end of the term. The rate, term, minimum, and any early exit terms for each plan are shown on the Platform before you commit.

4.B.2 Projects. Projects are longer-horizon products funded from your balance and tied to the performance of underlying companies. Projects are speculative, illiquid, and carry significant risk, including possible total loss of the capital you commit.

4.B.3 Not Financial Advice. Nothing on the Platform constitutes personalised financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should seek independent professional advice before using Earn services.

4.B.4 Returns. Projected yields on Projects are forward-looking estimates and are not guaranteed. Past performance of any plan or project does not predict future results.

4.B.5 Liquidity. Capital in an Earn plan is committed for the plan term, and Projects are illiquid. Your ability to withdraw committed capital is subject to the terms of each specific Earn plan or project tranche.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations, we are required to verify the identity of all customers before processing deposits, transfers, or Earn transactions. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours. You agree to:

(a) Submit accurate identity documents upon request; (b) Complete liveness checks and any additional verification steps we deem necessary; (c) Notify us promptly of any changes to your personal information; (d) Acknowledge that failure to complete KYC will result in restrictions on your account.

6. Deposits, Withdrawals & Fees

6.1 Deposits. Accepted deposit methods (including bank wire and BTC, ETH, or USDT crypto deposits) are displayed on the Platform and are subject to change. All deposits are subject to KYC verification before being credited.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests to a bank account are processed within 1–5 business days. Withdrawals are subject to any Earn plan term or project tranche requirements for committed capital.

6.3 Transfers. Transfers to other x-moneypay users are final once sent and cannot be reversed; international wires may be recalled only where the receiving bank permits it, and x-moneypay cannot guarantee recovery of funds sent to details you supplied.

6.4 Fees. Applicable fees are published on the Platform and disclosed before you confirm a transfer, wire, or Earn plan. x-moneypay reserves the right to update fee structures with reasonable notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

(a) Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms; (b) Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure; (c) Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or any other fraudulent activity; (d) Submit false or misleading identity documents; (e) Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to access the Platform without our written consent; (f) Circumvent any security, access control, or compliance measures on the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, software, and data — is the property of x-moneypay or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

9.1 The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x-moneypay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of capital committed to Earn services, arising from your use of the Platform.

9.3 Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to x-moneypay in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Any remaining wallet balance, outstanding Earn plan terms, Project positions, or withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the applicable product terms and compliance requirements.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable financial services law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
